2020.12.03 11:15 CptCreosote Have I messed up my Series X Amazon delivery date?

So I managed to order. Money has been debited from credit card and I had an initial delivery date of 19th December.
But then I found this magic 'change delivery speed' button. I clicked it and pressed confirm, now Amazon is just saying we will email you when we have a delivery date available? And it has been like this for a few days.
I'm a prime member so in principle I should get the fast delivery speed anyway? I'm confused.

2020.12.02 02:50 pellpell4 Microsoft Store Xbox Series X Purchase $50 Credit - Day 1 Orders with Original Delivery Date of 11/12

Hey guys! I ordered on 11/10 like many of you. When I got my order confirmation email that day it said ETD of 11/12 which, like most of you, became 12/23.
I called today and asked if they could do anything for me since I could’ve ordered from Costco that day and gotten it by the next week. They gave me a $50 credit to my account after I sent them a SS of the email with 11/12.

2020.12.01 22:51 SlammyJones Reading order for Hickman's X-Men run to date?

Hello, gang! I'm writing to ask for some guidance. I bought the "House of X/Powers of X" hardcover that collected the twelve total issues of Jonathan Hickman's first two X-Men miniseries. I haven't read it yet but have only heard amazing things! Now I'm also hearing great things about "X of Swords" and I'm curious what volumes are out collecting this expansive run to date. What books should I read, and in what order, to get the full story being told?
It's a confusing field. I'm looking at the upcoming "X of Swords" hardcover contents and it's an intimidating mess of issue names: X of Swords: Creation (2020) 1, X of Swords: Stasis (2020) 1, X of Swords: Destruction (2020) 1, X-Men (2019) 12-14, Excalibur (2019) 12-14, Marauders (2019) 13, X-Force (2019) 13, New Mutants (2019) 13, Wolverine (2020) 6, Cable (2020) 5, Hellions (2020) 5, X-Factor (2020) 4, X of Swords: Storm (2020) 1
Like... what?!
Thanks for any help figuring out how to approach this material. Excelsior!

EDIT: Specifically looking for help with the collected editions. I'm not interested in following individual issues. Thanks twice!

Release Date: Frame Skate x Nike SB Dunk Low Habibi

The Frame Skate x Nike SB Dunk Low “Habibi” will be debuting this week and according to Frame Skate, the theme is inspired by Middle Eastern culture, while also evoking the colors of the United Arab Emirates flag. In particular, the black and white double tongues symbolize the equality and unity between men and women. The black tongue has a pearl imagery to pay homage to the pearl divers, while the removable white tongue contains a falcon to reflect the falconry heritage.
Additionally, the laces are detailed with a pattern that derives from shemagh – a red and white checkered scarf traditionally used to protect the face and head from the desert heat and dust. Furthermore, the black aglet at the tip of the laces is inspired from agal, a black rope-like band placed over the head to hold the head scarf in place.
Retailing for $110, the Frame Skate x Nike SB Dunk Low “Habibi” will release via Frame Skate’s “The Heart of the City” online game raffle, followed by an exclusive drop at Frame Skate on December 2. Finally, a global release via SNKRS is slated for December 5. Always keep it locked to KicksOnFire for the latest in sneaker news, release dates and where to purchase your favorite kicks.

2020.11.30 06:58 rattatatcatt Plotting excel table that contains date as x axis

I’m trying to plot a table from excel. It’s just 2 columns, I can’t get it to work since one of the columns is a bunch of dates.
If someone wants to help me i will pay you $20 through Venmo or PayPal to help me sort this out. It is not an assignment it’s just one small part of a huge project I have to do for class.
Pm me if you can help. Again, you’re not solving my HW I promise my homework is a lot more complicated than this.

2020.11.29 15:34 seriousnotshirley Why are some dates given in a form like "First X after second Y" in US law

National elections in the US are held "the Tuesday next after the first Monday in the month of November" and electoral colleges meet to vote on "the first Tuesday after the first Monday in December." Where does the practice of describing dates like this come from and why was it used in law in general and these dates in particular rather than saying "the second Tuesday in November" or "the second Tuesday in December"
